Godrej Forest Estate offers residential villa plots in Sumthana, Hingna, Nagpur, combining independent plot ownership with a nature-focused gated-community environment. The project is planned around extensive Miyawaki-style plantation, with the official project material describing more than 75,000 proposed plantations and a forest-inspired landscape.

The development benefits from its location close to the Samruddhi Mahamarg, with the official Godrej page placing the expressway approximately 300 metres away. The project also connects to the Outer Ring Road and major national highways, providing access to Nagpur and surrounding employment and industrial hubs.

Godrej Properties announced in May 2026 that more than 500 plots had been handed over, while the current official project page lists December 2027 possession for the project. Therefore, availability and phase status should be verified for individual plots.
